Went out to Duomo, the Cathedral, also the shopping area.
I was lost on my way back. there was a blockage or some sort along the route my tram was travelling, and it took a new route.
I knew this because a kind lady who could speak English told me. Anyways majority of the Italian can't really converse well in English. And I saw a supermarket enroute so I alighted. That's when I realise my tram number is not on the board.
I tried asking the pedestrians but all couldn't speak English. Hence I went into a cafeteria and asked if there is tram no. 12 around. They totally do not get what I meant. Hence I asked if they know The Chedi, which is the hotel I am residing at. A customer of the cafe overheard and told them the address and there's a bus to the hotel.
The owner wrote the address down for me and the kind customer even showed me the way to the bus-stop. I am so blessed to meet such nice people. =) I really felt very grateful to them.
I managed to return to my room safely. =)
